Welcome to GoWithAP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our transportation services, website, and mobile applications. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
GoWithAP provides professional private charter services in Houston and surrounding areas. Our services include passenger transportation via Mercedes Sprinter vans with professional drivers.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Reservations
All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels. Reservations are confirmed upon payment and email confirmation.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Passenger
- More than 24 hours before departure: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before departure: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
4.2 Cancellation by GoWithAP
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations by us.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Arrive at pickup location 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
- Present valid photo ID if requested
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
- Respect other passengers and maintain appropriate conduct
- Do not consume alcohol or controlled substances prior to travel
- Limit luggage to one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger
6. Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on our vehicles:
- Illegal substances or weapons
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Excessive alcohol consumption
- Disruptive or threatening behavior
- Items exceeding size/weight limitations
7. Liability and Insurance
GoWithAP maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, passengers travel at their own risk. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
- Lost or stolen personal items
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
