Our Accessible Services
All our Mercedes Sprinter vans are equipped with wheelchair lifts and securement areas. We accommodate manual and powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility devices.
Our trained staff provides assistance with boarding, seating, and luggage handling. We offer priority boarding for passengers requiring additional time.
Requesting Accommodations
To ensure we can properly accommodate your needs, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your travel date. We will work with you to arrange appropriate accommodations.

Service Animals
We welcome service animals that assist passengers with disabilities. Service animals are allowed on all our vehicles at no additional charge. Please inform us when booking if you will be traveling with a service animal so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Note: Emotional support animals or pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and may be subject to additional fees or restrictions.
Pickup and Drop-off Locations
Our pickup and drop-off locations are selected to be accessible. Most locations include:
